Shipping:
EZ Boy Rod Interiors ships via UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground, with the exception of shipments to customers outside of the continental United States and Canada. All prices in this catalog do not include shipping and handling costs. The customer is fully responsible for all shipping charges.
Customers outside of the United States are fully responsible for all customs and duty charges in addition to shipping. We recommend contacting your customs agent prior to ordering to get an estimate of any duty or customs fees required.
Depending on what is being ordered, your shipment may be broken into more than one shipment, and may arrive at different times in separate boxes. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
Production of Custom Made Items:
All of our interior products are custom made to order to your specifications. Production time varies depending upon the availability of materials from our suppliers, the production schedule of our facility, and the complexity of the order. Please plan accordingly. As a rule of thumb, the production times below can be used as a guide:
- Seat upholstery and panel upholstery: 2-4 weeks + shipping time
- Headliners: 1 week + shipping time
- Carpet sets: 1-2 weeks + shipping time
- Bomber Seats: 1-2 weeks + shipping time
Payment:
The entire purchase amount must be paid in full in order for production to begin on your order. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, check, bank check or money order. Prices are subject to change without notice. You will be notified of any relevant price change prior to processing your payment.
Returns:
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final and no merchandise may be returned without prior consent of EZ Boy Interiors, Inc. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer.
- No returns can be issued on orders due to customer error. Be sure of what you are ordering.
- No returns for any reason on items held for over 60 days. Inspect your merchandise upon receipt and notify us immediately of any problems.
- No credit will be issued on merchandise that has been cut, glued or altered in any way.
- Due to the custom nature of our products, no changes may be made to your order once production has begun.
**IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT COLOR: Dye lots can vary, particularly in carpet and woven materials.
We recommend seeing an actual material swatch, but please keep in mind that colors may vary + or - 5%. This fluctuation is not within our control, therefore there can be no returns due to dye lot fluctuations. Keep this in mind when ordering.
- Shipping charges are non refundable

Warranty:
EZ Boy Interiors stitched seat upholstery and panel pieces are warranted from one year to be free of material workmanship defects. No other warranties are either expressed or implied.
