Need new panel board? EZ Boy offers two options for replacing your door panel board.
ABS Panel Board
ABS plastic panel board is a great replacement for cardboard or wood product boards. They are easy to cut, sand, drill and heat form, plus they are completely waterproof and Will not delaminate or warp. We sell ABS board in .125 x 32” x 44” sizes.
Pieces can easily be joined together to create larger panels as needed. Our stitched panel pieces easily upholster on ABS boards with a standard staple gun. Perfect for making new panels! 32” x 44” x .125 panel boards $29.95 ea. Please call to order ABS Board 1-866-463-6439.
Pre-Cut Panel Board for Interior Panels and Trunk!
Cut to the original patterns, these panels are ready to cover with our trim to fit panel upholstery. These panels are made from water-resistant 1/8” auto spec board...NOT ABS Plastic.
Each kit includes all the panels necessary for a complete interior. These panels have all the stock holes cut out. Production time is 1-3 weeks. These interior and trunk panels are available for many Ford cars and trucks 1928-51 and many GM cars 1931-55.

Arm Rests
We offer upholstered fiberglass armrests that can be mounted to any flat Door panel. 109.00 a pair.
Fasteners
We offer two types of panel fasteners:
Nylon type which will work for most vehicles. These clips are 1/8” diam. x 1 15/32” length. They are sold in boxes of 25 pcs. $12.50 box.
